Customizable Mortgage Clinic Workbook

You are welcome to download a copy of the Mortgage Clinic workbook that was used at the Virginia Mortgage Clinic events and customize the front cover with your organization's name. Please Click Here to download the workbook in PDF format, then follow the instructions below to customize the front cover with your organization's name. (If you are using the full version of Adobe Acrobat you can also add a logo.)

To Add Your Organization’s Name:

  1. After downloading the customizable PDF, open to page 1 (front cover).
  2. At the bottom of the page is a customizable text field. Type your organization’s name where indicated in this field.
  3. Save your document.

To Add Your Logo:

*Requires full version of Adobe Acrobat
  1. In order to add a logo to the cover, you will first need to resave the PDF as a copy (with a different file name).
  2. Choose Tools > Advanced Editing > TouchUp Object Tool.
  3. Right-click/Control-click the page and choose Place Image.
  4. Choose one of the following file formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, EPS/PS, or TIFF.
  5. Select an image file, and click Open.
  6. A copy of the image file appears in the center of the page, at the same resolution as the original file. (It can be moved or resized by dragging a corner of its bounding box.)
  7. Save your document.
